Dear Sir/Madam,

 

On one browser using I.E 7 beta I can see all the buttons on the tool bar (same computer I configured and ftp'd up the cute editor component).   On anoher computer I can see all the images except for 4 of them.  I was wondering how I could fix this.

We just installed the 5.2 version today.  I tried copying up the theme images again, with no luck.

Cute Editor has been tested on IE 7 beta 1 and beta 2.

 

So I don't think it's a browser issue.

 

Are you testing the application in a WindowXP instead of Window server?

 

It works fine on my Win XP Professional with IE 7 beta.

 

The other computer is a Window Server with IE 6.0  this is the one that has the problem.

 

My Client who is using a Mac is also not seeing the "same" images.

 

 

btw...the component is running on a W2K3 server.  Previous version we didn't have any problem with.

Try set the Editor.UseHttpHandlerCacheImages Property to false.

By default Cute Editor will use HttpHandler process the image files on the server side. You can turn this feature off by setting this property to false.

If it doesn't help, please send your editor URL to me through the URL.
