We have a web shop on our web site. If a visitor get to our "thank you" page, then I know that the visitor has fullfilled a sale. But if the visitor leave the web shop, then we know that something is wrong. Is it possible to set up a automatic invitation to a visitor that leave the web shop? If I can get to "talk/chat" with the visitor, the sale would probably be a reality, but now they just "fly" away. Is it possible to set up an automatic invitation in v1?
