I have a problem and and I think it is a BUG in the Cute Editor!

I made some screenshots to make my problem visible.

I did this in your own example. The first returns XHTML and the second returns HTML. Depending on the choice of the UseRelativeLinks.

I need HTML to be returned and the UseRelativeLinks=True. This is not possible.

CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME????

This is a known issue.

That's what you said last time (07/13/2005).

I really have a problem. I don't want to use the XHTM version and I really need the use of relative URL's. I (and my customers) am waiting now for almost one month. I still can't use the Cute Editor.

 

Can you give me hint when I can expect the new version? Or do you have an other (temporary) solution?

To get XHTML output, you need to set editor.DisableAutoFormatting property to false and editor.UseRelativeLinks property to true.

In other cases, you should get the HTML output.

This seems to work for now.

 

Hope you fix it the right way in the next version. It is nice to have editor.DisableAutoFormatting set to False.
