placing the editor into other subdirectories

Hi there

I was using the editor in the root directory. It turns out i should have been using it in a subdirectory called "admin". What do i need to do to get it working in that directory.

Currently i have only moved the files and the cuteSoft_client folder.

I get the following error

SecurityPolicyFile : /VS/CuteSoft_Client/CuteEditor/Configuration/Security/default.config not found

If "admin" folder is a regular directory under the root, you should not need move the the files and the cuteSoft_client folder.

The path of the editor client files is ~/CuteSoft_client/CuteEditor by default.

Hi Adam

Thanks for the prompt reply.

I have moved that cuteSoft_client folder back into the root directory.

The page now comes up but the editor comes up differently, it is just a blank box which you can type into but has no buttons for editing the text.

I have just gone into the "configuration setting " of the editor and attach the following code "../" to the start of the line but this gives me the following error

Cannot use a leading .. to exit above the top directory.

Change this line:

ConfigurationPath="CuteSoft_Client/CuteEditor/Configuration/parm.config"

ConfigurationPath="~/CuteSoft_Client/CuteEditor/Configuration/parm.config"

Great, that worked. So i guess with the editor ~/ is equal to ../
