Typing delays

In long documents, there is still a significant typing delay. Is this not yet fixed?

The problem still occurs on the sample site. I'm using both the latest versions of IE and Firefox. Load in a large text file into your general.aspx demo, go down to the bottom or close to it and type. You will see the problem. Have you tried?
