How to customize abusive words filter

Hi,
I know that there is a built-in bad word filter in cute messager. But if i want to use a customize bad words filter, how to do it?

I know that built-in bad word filter, i know how to setup it in admin page. but i hope to know can i replace built-in filter by programming or configuration?
