6.0 is changing the case of some image URL's

I am seeing in 6.0 if I have an image such as

Sometimes when I save it it will change the case to lowercase as

This will cause the image to not show up for servers that are case sensitive. Is there a way to only turn off the case conversion for URL's in 6.0?

Can you try the following example?

http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx

I can reproduce the problems there.

The image URL of PH02366J.jpg is not changed after you submit the form.

Yes I can reproduce here http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx. It is not when you submit, it is when you switch from Normal to HTML view.

Steps to reproduce

1) In HTML mode, type the following - <img style="width: 374px; height: 348px" alt="" src=http://hp.msn.com/c/hotmail/en-US.gif />

2) Switch to Normal mode and notice image displays.

3) Switch to HTML mode, note the US in the URL is now lowercase us
