    Multiple Domains

We have a large application that has all code centralized in one place on the server. However, clients access various parts of the code using various URLS and third level domains that are hosted on the same server as the code.

To set up Live Support so that can clients can contact support from any of the domains, I presume that I would need to create virtual directories for each domain that point to one set of Live Support files. Are there other issues?

Live Support is working well on one of the domains and everyone loves the product.

    Thanks

It will work. Just make sure you need to modify SupportHome.aspx to handle different domains.

SupportHome.aspx is the default aspx page that is loaded into HOME tab of operator client.

    Thanks for the reply Adam.

It would appear that SupportHome.aspx is an informational page and that your suggestion to edit it is for operator clarity rather than critical to the running of Live Support
