You will find the Microsoft "Longhorn" message in insert_image.asp as follows:

<IMG id=previewpic" NAME="previewpic" src="1x1.gif" hspace="5">The next version of the Microsoft Windows operating system, code-named "Longhorn," marks a significant change not only in terms of how the operating system works, but also in the way in which applications are built. The Longhorn version of Windows includes a new storage system, natural search technology, and an increased emphasis on security and trustworthy computing.

Simply replace the text with nothing!

OR, since it is used to show the placement of an image in relationship to the text, replace it with some helpful hints like, "This text offers a preview of the relative position of an image to its context. The position of the image may be changed by selecting an "Alignment" option from the drop-dowm menu.<br> If you are placing the image inside a paragraph, you will find "left" and "right" alignment settings to be the most useful."
