Links Disappear

I did a search for this and could not find it.

For some reason when I want to link some text, as soon as I click the "link" icon, the text disappears. This does not happen on any other pages that I use the editor, just the one page.

Any Ideas?

Are you able to reproduce this issue in the following example?

In the example you gave me the link option works fine.

I highlight the text and click the link icon and in my cute editor the text I highlighted disappears immediately before I submit any changes.

I'm sorry I am fairly new at this...when you say download the control...what control are you referring to?
