If we have $299 licence for Asp can we use it for asp.net

No, Cute Editor for ASP is implemented as pure ASP script code and it can not be used in the .net projects.

I'm not talking about using Editor I'm taking about using License. The Asp license for asp .net part of web site where we are going to use asp.net Editor.

Torman,

No, they are two products and need to be purchased separated. The license for classic ASP version can not be used in ASP.net projects.
