• Re: CuteEditor ASP 4.2 and SSL

This simply means that you have links within that page that are outside the secure context you are using and are <''http://...''> and not <''https://...>''. This is not necessarily critical. ''Find'' all references in that page for the unsecured links and change to <''https:.//...> where appropriate.

  • browse_img_with_delete_button asp feature

I am using version 3.0 and would like to integrate the file: browse_img_with_delete_button that is a part of the CuteEditor file set. Currently, one cannot delete a file that has been ''uploaded'' to a web server. Adam says this feature is in 4.x, but I choose not to upgrade to 4.x at this point. Has anyone gotten this ...

  • Re: Can't delete uploaded image

Adam, How about responding to something you said in this thread: ''The Insert_image_browse_delete.asp file is for ASP 3.0. '' I have 3.0 and that file is indeed in the list under CuteSoftEditor_Files, but no delete button shows when the Insert Image icon on the menubar is clicked. Actually, the file name in the folder ...

  • ASP 3 vs 4 Problem Reporting

Now that there are two versions of CuteSoft (3.0 and 4.x) there should be two categories to report problems. Else, how are we to know if a problem/fix applies to 3.0 or 4.x? I do not intend to upgrade to 4.x at this time so I am interested in the bug fixes for 3.0.How soon can this be set up as problems come flying in ''by the ...

  • Re: Can't delete uploaded image

While the delete imagefile feature is in 4.x version, I want to stay with asp3.0 at this time--unless 4.x is a free upgrade to existing registered customers. I see that there is a browse_img_with_delete_button.asp file in the CuteSoft package for 3.0. What do I need to change to get it to replace the ...

  • Re: Can't delete uploaded image

Adam, 1. By ''the next release'' do you mean ASP Editor4 (not asp.net 4)? I have downloaded asp4, but not installed for the clients as yet. 2. There is a .asp called, Insert_image_browse_delete, or something like that. Can that be activated and if so, what do I need to do to do so? My scheme is to allow ...

  • Re: StyleDropDown Items Not Functioning

oops. I thought I had the answer. I placed the editor. lines in the .asp that sets up the editor parameters. I then added the styles to the khaki.css. I then highlighted a few words of text in the editor and clcked the healine item from the StylesDropdown list. I expected the text to change size, but it ...

  • Re: a bit annoying default path

Adam, I have a server license for 3.0 and do not want to downlaod and purchase version 4 at this time. What is the fix in 3.0 to shut down the Absolute Path setting and use Relative pathing? Give me the code and I'll put it into the proper .asp(s) at the proper places. Thanks.
