• Re: 6.0 Other strange behavior.

Is there any news on why PasteHTML adds a space after the text it enters? I'm still waiting for an answer on this before I can implement 6.0. Even your example here http://cutesoft.net/forums/thread/28660.aspx does it. Why?

Ok, I'm now using the latest build, and the PasteHTML problem seems to have been fixed, except that it has the same odd behavior of adding an additional space to the right that I pointed out in my last post. James

Adam, The problems I asked about seem to be fixed (at least on the example you referenced). I haven't downloaded the lastest build so I can't comment on whether the PasteHTML problems is solved yet. I have, though, noticed another odd bit of behavior having to do with Copy/Paste operations. To see what I'm talking about, try this -- enter ...

  • 6.0 Other strange behavior.

The word ''selected'' in my text is replaced with the text ''selected=''true'''' when I switch from Normal to HTML, or click a toolbar button that has a issues a postback. When I scroll down in the editor, then try to click on some text in the scrolled down-to regions, the text in the editor jumps up and down before repositioning itself ...

  • Re: 6.0 PasteHTML() command not working right.

Looks like some kind of hiccup in the AJAX implementation. This is but one of the problems I'm finding with version 6.0

  • 6.0 PasteHTML() command not working right. (Reposted from other CE Forum)

I am using CE to allow my users to create mail-merge letter templates. To allow the mail-merge, I have some special insertable tags they can use in their templates that get replaced by data from a database. For example, the tag {LASTNAME} gets replaced, when the letter is printed, by the customer's last name. Users insert ...

  • Re: CE failing in many ways.

Adam, FWIW, I figured out what was going on here. A brief explanation follows. My application is a CRM. I'm using CE to allow my users to create mail merge type letters to send to their clients. My application provides them with a number of letter templates that are shared by all our users. Users can use ...

Adam: Can you download it and test it on your server? http://cutesoft.net/downloads/default.aspx Sorry to be dense, but download what exactly? CE .NET v5.3? I have downloaded it and deployed it on my server already. That's what I'm having these problems with.

Adam:>>why I can't change the default font/highlight colors, and b) why I can't apply these colors to selected text in my document. Do you have problems with the following example? http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx No. I don't have problems with how CE runs on your site, just on mine.
