• Off the topic - handling forum content

Adam, How do you handle your forum so effectively? I never see any xxx ads, suggestive posts, etc. like those found on many other forums. For example, we've tried phpBB and restricted posting to registered members and our registration includes graphic captcha, but we still get many illegitimate postings via hand-made ...

Hi Mark, I'm not sure... it was so long ago. I'll check back on our records and see if I can find it for you. FredD

Thanks, Adam, I have some pictures of the iTouch displaying the overflowing text if you need it, Are you concurrently working on: http://cutesoft.net/forums/thread/43427.aspx http://cutesoft.net/forums/thread/43426.aspx as part of the issue?

  • More bugs in iTouch and iPhone - content overflow

Adam, The content of the editor overflows the boundaries of the editor component instead of containing the content inside the editor boundaries and displaying a scroll bar. The result is very messy since the editor content is displaying down the window over top of buttons all the way to the bottom of the screen. When we try to ...

  • iTouch working with online chat test but not online editor test

Adam, Update: I just tested with your online Chat using iTouch and the editor there works correctly. It's very nice, actually... (http://chatsample.cutesoft.net/CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/Channel.Aspx?Place=Lobby-1) Hopefully, you have a quick fix for the problem with the editor, since previously someone had reported that iPhone ...

  • Cannot edit using iPhone or iTouch

Cannot do any edit entry in the cute editor using the iPhone/iTouch. If you click into the edit area, it doesn't bring up the iPhone/iTouch keyboard, nor does it place the cursor in the edit area. It does briefly select the row your finger is on, but when you lift, the selection disappears. Of course, it works on regular textboxes, etc. ...

  • BUG identified: Re: Font and Font Size duplicating

The problem is that your code is reading config files that it should not be reading. In Configuration > Shared, we have 2 files: Common.config Common_hold.config We allow the administrator to decide which one to use through renaming. However, CE is duplicating both the Font selection and Size selection (and ...

  • Problem with Font control?

Here I start in Normal Verdana up to this point -->Changed to Comic Sans MS. Of course, the whole prior typing also changed and that bug has been reported. The other problem now is when I press Enter: The row changes back to Verdana... I guess to make it the same font continually I should set the BreakElement to BR? If so, ...

  • Problem with Font control on rows?

Using http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx Starting with your default Verdana, I typed along to this point --><-- then selected Comic Sans and this whole row turned to Comic Sans. It's not supposed to do that and didn't do that in V6.0. Instead, in 6.0, the next characters were in the newly-selected font. The editor ...
