    .net framework is not able to find the license file. Deploy license file:  Copy license file to the web application's ''bin'' folder.

    fygibson,   Since the domain account will be the one running the process instead of ASPNET local account. Can you make sure your domain account has the read access to the license file itself: open Windows explorer > browse to the config file>right click>Properties>security tab>
