    I fixed the issue. It turned out that the issue was unrelated. I was parsing the html into a xmldoc and this was stripping the &nbsp;. I had to do some manipulation to prevent it.     Ken,   It's not the on-screen print that's the issue. The editor and print preview text is the same. It's when I actually print it to paper that the font size becomes small.
