CSS selection width

How can I control the width of the CSS selection list? As you can see - it is wider than my browswer window...

there is a time delay in CuteEditor_OnChange, can I change is?

It seems to have 1-2 seconds time delay in the cuteEditor_onChange, can I change it to 0.0001 second? thx
