    Yes.   We recently have some customers report such issue,   both for Flash mode and Silverlight mode.   Because Firefox  have such a bug,   If the addon is under <body> directly ,   Firefox will reload the addon for a unknown reason.   Regards, Terry

    Hi MayurNarsale,   The multiple files select function is based on htlm5,silverlight and flash plug-in of the browser. You need to ensure that your browser has noe of them to support the multiple files select function.   Regards,   Ken

    Done some extensive fiddling around and uppdated Silverlight on several PC's. IE7 and IE8 now working were it didn't before!     Google Chrome isn't working but that's no biggie.   Thanx for hints!   /Peter
