Greg, I suggest you create a differenct folder for each franchise and give them the permission to upload images. Then write a small scripts copying the banners to the above folder automatically.

Don, Step 1. Create a virtual directory in your iis, type a name for the new virtual directory. Point this virtual directory to d:\mywebsites\CuteEditor.Step 2. use the Editor.FilesPath Property to specify the path to editor files.Hope it heps.
