I have rebooted the server.  Restarted the web site.  Everything and still nothing.

Same configuration, same files, but different hosting. Works on other web hotel...

I could do that. How do the commands get called via the Editor? I looked at the source and the Page Propety image has a command name....e.g. <img src=''themes..../page.gif.aspx'' Command=''DisplayPageProperties'' />   How does that work?

I have tried new version(lested build) also, but still problem is as it is...   There are many problem comming after saving images & movie into database..   like one more Image Editor is shown in insert image tool disappear when i select a image.   It messed up every thing here.   Regards, Sanjay
