Re: Build toolbars programatically without using config files

Please see the screenshot of how this renders using the code behind technique. Why does this render this way? I would expect that all the buttons would appear on one toolbar across the top with no line breaks?

Please make sure you update all the CuteSoft client files. If you still have problems, please clean your browser cache files as well. Keep me posted.

In terms of the toolbar images disappearing - the problem even happens when I run the demo project provided with the download? so it has nothing to do with any code because I am changing nothing? what could be causing this?

Extending the editor.

Hi, Is it possible to add custom functionality to this editor. I would like to add another icon in the toolbar which runs some custom code specific to my application. Is there any API I can use? Thanks.

TemplateItemList and ForeColor/BackColor

The ForeColor and BackColor template items doesn't work then using the TemplateItemList property of the Editor v4.0. E.g: TemplateItemList = ''ForeColor,BackColor'' This simply shows an empty toolbar - and not, as one might except, the correct buttons.

Hi pzolja, Your border issue - From the toolbar, turn 'visible borders' off. Also, ''#2000FF'' and ''rgb(32, 0, 255)'' are the same color (ones in hex, the other decimal), both are acceptible in CSS. The other issues I won't be able to help you with. Thanks, Ady
