What does it means "ChatSystem not installed"? It appears in the follow line foreach (LobbyInfo lobby in  ChatApi.GetLobbyInfoArray())  in the "chat.aspx" file that I want to run or debug. Thanks,   I have prepared the Global.asax file line in post 74781 (of Willemt).
