I got the same problem. But I didn't manage to fix it. When I place the editor far down in my webpage, the context menu disappears or is at a wrong place. I work with IE7, Windows XP and the latest release of cute editor (6.0). I work with a simple .NET 2.0 Web project without AJAX (everything default).
No context menu ...
