Instead of putting together an example, perhaps I can explain further:

When the page loads (just like the pop-up window I'm typing in now by clicking "Quick Reply"),

the page tries to access a file called load_gecko.js but the page freezes (the mouse pointer turns to an hourglass), and 

the page attempts to load for several minutes but doesn't.  

Could it be because there are unique characters in the content such as é ?
