Admin: Really need help to set up this thing!

 

I am using Dnn 4.02 and Cute Editor 5.2, Everything seem work fine except the imageGallery path is always set up to the directory of Portals/0/ whenever how i change the andmin.config, default.config and Guest.config. because the directory of portals/0/ is the root of my website that I don't want  every user to get access. is there any way to set the ImageGallery Path straight to something like Portal/0/UserFolder/ and so people can only get access to the directory of Portals/0/UserFolder/  but Portals/0/ . Like this Forum the imageGallery path is set to forum/uploads/, How did you guys did this? Any solution for this. Help me!
