The insert template function does not work.  You check the template and click OK but nothing happens.  I even tried the demo on your website and the same thing happens.

It works fine on my end, I have tried the online demo http://cutesoft.net/example/general.aspx  too. what browser/version you are testing? And do you get any javascript error when testing this?
