In our lounge every Wednesday we also have the ESPN 950 Radio Show featuring Eagles All Pro defensive end Trent Cole from 7 - 11.  Come on out and enjoy!!!  Make your reservations for holiday parties or call us for takeout catering to your office or your home at 856 467 1733.  Also, now taking reservations for Christmas Eve from 1pm to 6pm and New Years Eve from 5 pm to 11pm.  Chef Enrico will prepare a special Christmas Eve menu with the traditional 7 fish and News Year Eve we will have a special menu with plenty selections to choose from and a DJ in our lounge to bring in the New Year.

Chef Enrico will be hosting 5 Course beer dinner featuring Sam Adams Brewery on December 11.  Starting in January on Tuesdays Chef Enrico and DiBruno Brothers Cheese Co will be offering a wine and cheese classes, call for details.

Recipe Of The Month
Chicken Brasciola
  • 1 pack Botto's Sweet Italian Sausage
  • 1 Pack boneless chicken breast
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small onion 
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 grated locatelli cheese
  • 1 jar Botto's Spaghetti Sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • basil and parsley
Butterfly and pound chicken thin and season with salt and pepper. Remove sausage from casing and spread across boneless chicken.  Sprinkle cheese, basil and parsley, fresh garlic and onion on top of sausage. Roll the chicken and tuck the ends in so it stays closed.  Saute in olive oil until evenly browned on all sides and salt and pepper the outside, then add white wine a bring to a simmer .  Place chicken in a sauce pot or a 2 inch oven safe baking pan and pour Botto's spaghetti sauce on top of.  If in a pot on the stove simmer for 45 minutes until fully cooked inside, if in oven bake covered for 35 minutes at 375.  When finished remove from sauce , slice in 1/2 inch slices serve over favorite pasta and top with leftover sauce.  Enjoy!!!
