This guide shows you how to set up Operator Picture. Operator Picture will be shown in the top left corner of the client chat window. This should be GIF or JPEG images up to 300X300 pixels in size.

To set up your Operator Picture you will follow the following instructions.

From the menu bar, choose Tools >> Options. A new window appears. On this new window you can enter the URL of your Operator Picture and Submit to save.
