• Re: Bug with un-editable/selectable tags.

Hi Adam, Your last reply doesn't solve the issue. The issue is the following. In Design View (WYSWYG), when you drag a portion of the page that is editable/selectable and drop it into a section that has been set to uneditable/unselectable it allows the content to be dropped into the non-editable regions. This breaks the ...

  • Bug with un-editable/selectable tags.

We have noticed an issue with the un-editable/selectable tags. We noticed that when we have an area set and un-editable/selectable, you can still drag foreign objects into that section. eg. If I lock a td tag, we cannot click in it or type in it. But if we drag some text from another part of the page into that cell, it will ...

  • Re: Suggestions

No problem, when I send in suggestions I don't really expect a response. I am just posting ideas as we get them so that you can take them into consideration for new versions.

In many cases, but not all; if you have the chat minimized, when it is maximized (manually or by auto focus), the little ding you hear when people talk or join is played as many times as their are lines of text in the chat. So as you can imagine, it can be quite the drum solo if you have been chatting for a while. We have noticed this ...

Hi, Here is another idea… I was thinking this morning, my partner and I were on our support chat and I realized that I cannot easily see who else is online doing support. I thought it would be cool if when you login as a live support operator you could see who else is logged in as an operator. Perhaps where you see the ...

  • Live Help - Operators?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could look to find out how to assign an existing user the privilages to respond to live help chats. Eg. Is there an aspx page I can manually load to check a box somewhere? Or even easier, can I just modify the database data in some way? Thanks
