    No it doesn't need a username password. &nbsp; Are you using CDONTS or CDSYS for the email function?

  • Operator Console not showing correct version

    I thought I had seen this somewhere in the Blogs but cannot locate it now. &nbsp; I have downloaded the latest LiveSupport operator which is supposed to be 4.1. &nbsp; I loaded it on my PC and when I check the version it says 4.1 &nbsp; I loaded it on another operators PC and it still shows version 1.0 &nbsp; Any ideas? &nbsp; scott

    I did some investigating and I changed the access db in two places &nbsp; 1. in table: CuteChat4_SuupportAgent &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Changed DepartmentID&nbsp; - took off Primary Key and allowed duplicates.     I downloaded and updated all of my operators and we got kicked simutaneousley at around 10:00AM. &nbsp; Seems to be somewhat consitent when the disconnects are happening.&nbsp; It is usually around 10:am and then again around 4:15 PM &nbsp; Scott
