• Re: Memory usage during eval(scriptcode) -- going to 750K+ from 100K

Figured out this problem... It was due to Firefox's debugger which used a fair amount of memory interpreting the eval when loading Cutesoft's JS implementation file. It's a non-issue for your product. Thanks, - Daniel

  • Character Encoding?

We are finding that the character encoding for pages that include the Wysiwyg seem to be changing from our default ISO-8859-1 to UTF-8... Is there anything in the CuteSoft Editor that could be causing that? Looking through the ASP & Javascript, I see nothing except with the dialogs. This is an urgent issue for us, ...

Font behavior is not the same in both browsers... If you want to use other than the existing default, in IE, you can change the font initially before you type anything in, and the font used will change for that paragraph and every new paragraph that is added. In Firefox, the font change is not recognized.. ...

  • ASP License file?

You've given us a license file with a .lic extension. As far as I can tell, that license file is NOT referenced anywhere in the code. function CheckLicense(a1,a2,a3) in CuteEditorImplementation.js IS called, but the data it uses says that it's a temporary license... (type 4). The code that checks ...
