• Cute Live Support Opperator Help File

Hi I would like to know if there is a more up to date help file for the Live Support Operator (LSO) application. The version of LSO that we currently have is 1.0.0.0 (if the Help -> About dialog is correct). In the help file that installed along with LSO the screen shots still shows the old LSO interface. We ...

  • Re: Unable to connect to the live server

We were able to resolve this issue. In the end it was a HUGE miscommunication (read technical inefficiency) on our client's side. All is well.

  • Re: Unable to connect to the live server

I'm trying to get a client to test the application. We have uploaded the LiveSupport ''web site'' to a live server for testing. I have sent the client the Live operator application with installation and configuration instructions (the same configuration as what I'm using). But they still get the problem posted above. Could it be ...

  • Re: Operator not connecting to localhost

We are using v4. I found the problem though. I looked to see that the SupportService.asmx file was in the right directory and noticed that it was, but that for some reason it was excluded (was renamed SupportService.asmx.exclude). This must have happened when I opened the support site in Visual Studio 2008 as part of the ...

  • Operator not connecting to localhost

I have no problem starting the Live Support Operator application and logging on to our live site, but I just can't get it to connect to the development site on my localhost. I have changed the website url in the config file, in the actual textbox and even in the registry. Still, I keep getting the popup ...

  • Cute Live Support: version 4 vs version 3

Okay, so I have to justify why my client should fork out the extra cash for Cute Live Support 4 instead of using version 3. What are the differences between the two? Obviously the operator application has changed. Here I must confess that I prefer the v3's operator app. The chat window in the new version is a little cramped and ...

  • Re: Cute Live Support Styles

So do I understand you correctly in that the Administartor Console is built to administer your entire range of products and therefore might display configurable options that do not apply to the CuteSoft component that I am using on my website? Anyway. I have styled SupportClient.aspx as well as SupportCustomer.aspx and ...

Cool. I'll check back in a few hours, although I suspect that you guys are still sleeping as I'm typing this just like I'll be sleeping when you reply. Someone has to move these continents a bit closer together...
