• Re: Totally Trashing my Links, Why???

I moved this to a live server on the Internet, to test this further, and with both of those properties set to True, when I view the HTML the FULL ABSOLUTE path to the page doing the editing is inserted, which is even worse then before. This is a real problem. I need help, Adam, or I am going to have to totally remove CE and look for a better ...

Adam, I did that, and as long as I save from the HTML view, it works. But if I go to Design view, and then back to HTML view, it has appended the http:/// to the beginning of all Urls that are relative. Could it have something to do with my system? I am using Windows XP Pro, Service Pack 2, and IE6. Also, if I use a relative URL to an ...

  • Re: Totally Trashing my Links, Why???

Well, I did find a work around. I have to use the Replace function to remove all instances of http:/// that are found. This seems to have at least made the links work properly now. • Totally Trashing my Links, Why???

I have read all these other posts about the ''RemoveServerNamesFromUrl'' and ''UseRelativeLinks'' properties. But either they are not working properly, or I am doing something seriously wrong. This is getting to be such a headache. I have RemoveServerNamesFromUrl set to False, and I have UseRelativeLinks set to True. Yes, when I try to enter ...

  • Re: Version 3

That's what I did, exactly. It works fine on my local maching, but when I install my .NET app on my server, it gives me the following error. ''The License for Editor is not valid.'' I did just as you stated. If I put the license file that came with the v3 download back in the bin directory on my server, it works. But when I copy ...

  • Version 3

I purchased version 2.2 and it has worked really great. Do 2.2 users get version 3 without having to pay more? If so, I have downloaded version 3, but it does not seem to work with my current license file. So, can you please tell me what the procedure is? Thanks. Tom
