Thanks, that was just what I was needing, I was thinking of a function but that should work perfectly, though I think I might do some replacing (<br> <br>) with a single (<br>) to help remove some blank lines.

Hello,   I am wondering if there is a way or someone has some code to remove/reset all the formatting.  I have seen and used the .CleanupHTML Code.  I am am wanting a way to have it remove every bit of formatting in terms of font size, font name, word formatting etc....  I am hoping to have it as a seperate button ...
