Adam,   Are there file size limitations or anything like that that would cause it not to work? Sounds like me and jbnelson are having the same issue in that we drop pictures in the directory, press the batch build and nothing happens.   Andrew

site is setup in c:\inetpub\phototest   /bin - DotNetGallery.dll /DotNetIGallery_Files - All files extracted in the DotNetGallery_Files extracted from the zip /licenses - dotnetgallery.lic /samplefolder - photo images & gallery.xml default.aspx global.asax web.config assemblyinfo.vb

I'm a little confused on the process required to add images to the directory..can you add images directly into the folder or do you have to go through the ''upload'' process for each image?   I'm using the trial version and when I upload the image they appear fine, however when I just add the image directly into the folder it won't show up, ...
