• Re: Can not upload files in .NET 2.0. Files are stuck in windows\temp.

Thanks for the free upgrade, Adam. We'll try the new version. In the meantime, we discovered the web site has another upload module which conflicts with CE upload. Once we remove the settings for the other upload module in web.config, it's working fine under .NET 2.0. Alice

  • Can not upload files in .NET 2.0. Files are stuck in windows\temp.

We are usinig CE 5.3. We just upgraded from .NET 1.1 to .NET 2.0. Now the upload function is not working. When I upload a file (152kb), it says successfully uploaded but there is only a 120 byte file in the folder. I checked the windows\temp folder and it seems the uploaded file is stuck there. I have given ASPNET and NETWORK SERVICE fully ...

  • Re: Can not see customers who are using Firefox

We haven't tried 5.0 yet. We have the operator client source code and have made some interface customizations. I wonder if we have somehow broken the original function. Is there a place to check in the operator client source code? Thanks, Alice

  • Re: Can not see customers who are using Firefox

We never noticed before until somebody in the office was doing a test on Firefox and Safari. Then we paid attention to the browser type and found that all the customers that show in the Customers tab are using IE. Is there a place that controls what browser can be detected? We do have the broswer monitor javascript on the page. Thanks, ...

  • Can not see customers who are using Firefox

In the Customer window of the operator client, we can not see visitors who are using Firefox. In fact, we can only see visitors who are using IE. Is there an explanation or fix? We have version 3.1. Thanks, Alice Wang

  • Re: operator login

Thanks, Adam. That makes sense. I completely forgot that each operator needs to have an account on the server.

  • operator login

Hi, I'm using a trial version. When I tried the operator client on 2 computers, the 2nd operator could not login and it displayed an error ''... operator already online ...''. If I close the operator on the 1st computer, the 2nd computer could login. Is this because I'm using a trial version? For the full version, does it require purchasing ...
