    Adam, &nbsp; I'm aware of what the exception means, just not how this can happen when it tries to open the 'insert image' window, or any of the other pop-ups provided by the editor. AFAICT, the dialogs are build-in, with no external files, so I'm assuming it's not a missing file. And again, I'd like to point out it's just on one specific server ...

    Due to policies and contracts we can not provide you a access to this system. &nbsp; We've done some more testing and it seems this particular server is the only one not working, which leads us to believe there's some type of configuration problem. Given the stack trace in the screen shot provided earlier, would you have an idea what it might ...

    Yes, we are sure. In fact, only the 2.0 dll has been transferred to the on line server. Again, locally, things work just fine. &nbsp; Regards, Wilko

    Hi, &nbsp; we're using CuteEditor 5.3. The local version of the website works like a charm, but once the site is moved to the on line server, we're no longer able to use insert image, insert link and other pop-up actions. &nbsp; The following error is displayed in all cases (in the window where the pop up should be): Regards, Wilko
