This happens the first time it loads on the Server, every morning (or: after not being used for a while)   Is this a cache problem? Is it supposed to behave that way?   I can't afford to have the first user on my site wait for it to load this long.   Please help!   Thanks

Some customers get confused by the + and - for the Expand and Contract functionality. They think that those Icons represent 'Add' (Save) and 'Delete' functionality of the Template they are saving (I use the Editor for creating templates)   Is there any way to change those Icons? or put text instead of them?   Thanks.
