Are you guys really trying to figure out whats wrong here?Looks like it's just dragging on and on for two months. What's your recommendation on this?

Hi Ken, After I click Upload button and Select a file or files, the status bar sits at 0%. However, two different machines produce two different errors. 1)      Windows Server 2003/IE 8: gives “Flash: The upload task is interrupted! Io Error #2038” after 5 minutes approx.2)      ...
