  • CPU Spikes on Screen Drag

    We use the live support with the supervisor CSR having a 9'' Doublesight USB monitor. &nbsp;The app runs over there and when needed they drag it over to their main screen. &nbsp; This cause a spike in CPU usage (the last I saw was 65% from 1-5% normally) and then a while of lag time until the screen catches up. &nbsp;Has anyone else seen this ...

    IE 8 Windows 7 &nbsp; &nbsp; What I did was type a response and then wait for the agent to respond,&nbsp; after they respond I have not gotten focus in the typing area.&nbsp; If you want to contact me I can show you on a server thanks &nbsp; Steve

  • Chat Window Focus

    &nbsp;&nbsp;When customer is chatting the focus of the window is lost after sending message, while waiting you have to click to type response back to operator.&nbsp; Is there a way to return the focus to the message typing area.&nbsp; I found myself typing nowhere while testing. &nbsp; Thanks &nbsp; Steve
