  • CuteEditorInitialize is not defined on live server

I'm upgrading from 5.x (5.0 I think) to the latest version (is it 6.2 or 6.3, the download page is a bit confusing but I guess 6.3 since it says so in my VS project). Everything works fine when I try it out on my localhost. But when I upload it to my live server I get script errors and broken images. I've been searching this forum and found some ...

  • Re: URGENT: LOAD.ASHX CAUSES MAJOR ISSUES WITH LOAD BALANCER

Thanks for getting back to me with a response so quickly.   It's great you released a version 3 days ago, and waited till now to tell me a temporary fix was available. Even better is the CuteEditorIgnore304 web.config setting - I never would have been able to figure that out last Friday after downloading the update and installing it ...

  • Re: CuteEditor width 100% does not work

If you have 5.2 version, try adding a new attribute UseDNNDefaultWidth=''false'' in web.config in the provider section to see if that improves the situation.  It seems to give a fixed width of the editor, work in some cases but you may lose the liquid layout in others.

  • Re: Toolbar Dialog problem.

That took care of it. Thanks. I assume I can place the CuteEditorTemp folder anywhere as long as I change the value in web.config as well?   Unfortunately now the dialog is opening but I am getting a security exception. I changed the trust level to Full but am still getting the error. Any ideas?

  • Re: Editor missing text entry area + install error

cat4jan,   Before upgrading to version 6.0, you didn't remove the client files of version 5.x.   Please delete the following file then try again:   CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor\web.config

  • Problem with PasteHTML in IE 7 and 8

Hello --   I created a custom button that allows a user to select text in the editor and create a link using a custom web form.  When I create an HTML string to insert in place of selected text, the editor is wrapping the individual pieces of the string in paragraph tags.  This does not happen in Firefox 3. Web Control ...
