how do I disallow specifying a url for a table background image?

in the table properties dialog, style builder...background... there is a button to bring up a direcotory dialog to specify a table background url. We don't want to allow this. What exactly do I have to do to disable or remove the url option?

Please open the tag_table.ascx and other dialog files. And add the following tag to the browse button:

Style="display:none"
