Hi,

 

I am integrating Cute Chat with SharePoint 2007.

 

I used the codes provided in the Cute Chat website Site

 

 

When i try to access the IM and try to communicate to another contact i am getting the following error message

 

Error on Event IMCOOKIE, JSCRIPT OBJECT EXPECTED NULL

 

After this it throws a lot of Javascript alerts endlessly and need to close the IE from task manager to get rid of these alerts

 

Kindly advise why this is happening and will appreaciate if you can provide me a solution to fix this problem

Please try this way.

 

1.  Download the package below.

 

http://www.cutesoft.net/downloads/folders/21915/download.aspx 

 

2.  Delete files "CuteChat.dll", "CuteChat.AppCode.dll" ,"CuteChat.lic"  and "CuteMessenger.lic" in the "bin" folder of your SharePoint site. And use the new one in the download package.

 

3. Delete folder "CuteSoft_Client" and use the new one in the download package and try again.

Even after redownload and configuration, I am still facing the same issue . Hope you can help me to solve this issue.

The Messenger webpart by default calls the Messenger.aspx located in the folder
