how to disable ctrl+v?

    My requirment is to force the user to use paste plaint text. Is there anyway to modify the ctrl+v to always paste plaint text or just disable the ctrl+v?

    I found the option:  EditorOnPaste, but there is no "PastePlaintText", I tried "PastePureText", but it's not exactly same as plaint text button.
     
    any one can help?
