DNN 5 Integration: Unable to Login Using the Default Login Credentials of admin/admin

    Hi,
We are trying to integrate Live Support to our DNN 5. We have followed all the instruction, as per in:
    NukeLiveSupport4\document
Upon step 7 in Deployment.htm we are running into problem when we enter admin/admin in the  desktop Live Support Operator application; we get a message: Invalid Login. Not, the web service URL itself is probably fine because we can go to:
    xxx/DesktopModules/CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/supportadmin/default.aspx
    directly in the browser.
    But entering xxx/DesktopModules/
in the web service generates error.
Also, where do we do step 8? I mean, the Module itself in the DNN site has only a 'Support Admin' link which takes you to the above full url but there is no way to Add operators in there.
Either we are missing something very obvious or the instructions in deployment.htm are missing something?
Please help us. We are evaluating it (yes, trial version and we are accessing through full url like www.xxxx.com).
    Thanks,
    DeveloperMojoe

Re: DNN 5 Integration: Unable to Login Using the Default Login Credentials of admin/admin

Some more info, based on Service Capture tracing the SOAP calls from the desktop Live Support Operator application:

    POST /DesktopModules/CuteSoft_Client/CuteChat/SupportService.asmx HTTP/1.1
User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; MS Web Services Client Protocol 2.0.50727.4200)
    Content-Type: text/xml; charset=utf-8
    SOAPAction: "http://tempuri.org/SupportLogin"
    Host: dev.xxxxx.com [my dnn domain]

But looking into the .cs fiel for SupportService.asmx file we don't see any Method named 'SupportLogin'.
May be the download package for DNN of Cute Live Support  has some wrong 'CuteChat' files?
    Thanks!

We are able to make the Live Support application work just fine in the 'standalone' version for a non-DNN test site; it works beautifully. Good job! Now we are trying to make a fresh attempt to install and integrate with our DNN installation...

Re: DNN 5 Integration: Unable to Login Using the Default Login Credentials of admin/admin

While Live Support works fine in a non DNN site we are still unable to make the desktop Operator connect to the web chat application. I think the problem is that the 'DnnSupportPA31.zip' Assembly installs in such a way that there is no Manager.aspx etc files to start creating Operator and other accounts. In case of the standalone one everything is provided.
So we are stuck. We are definitely considering buying an IP based license but we need to make it work first.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks.

Re: DNN 5 Integration: Unable to Login Using the Default Login Credentials of admin/admin

Our main problem is resolved: Now we can login from the desktop Operator application just fine to the DNN based Live Support. Hoo Hoo! But I wish the documentation had not mentioned the login as 'admin' and that too in red font. Instead, the documenation should have mentioned that you need your DNN credentials to be able to login.
Now to the other problem: How can one add Operators, Admins etc for the DNN version of Live Support when there is no Manager.aspx etc files?
You guys have very good products but documentation could use some work.
    Thanks.

Re: DNN 5 Integration: Unable to Login Using the Default Login Credentials of admin/admin

Oh, I see: We are supposed to login the first time using our DNN credentials and then create Departments/Users. We should be good for now.
