Country in Customer Profile is showing ERROR

Hi, we are using cute live chat support in our ministry and its working perfectly, but there are only one thing that are give us an error which is in the customer profile the country and the city is showing ERROR in the Field in the Live Support Operator

can you help me solve this problem at least the country field i need it to be working

Dear Noora,

When one customer request support and operator accept this customer, the customer profile will be displayed in the left-bottom corner.

Country and city information come from that customer's IP. If customer's ip is not an actual IP, sometime, the exactly country and city information will be blank. if possible, you can send a screen shot which include one public ip to eric@cutesoft.net, I will test it.

This IP address should work fine.

Which version of Cute Live Support are you using?

Hi again, i donwloaded the latest version available in he site and install it now i am getting diffrent message in Country and City : The remote server returned an error: (407) Proxy Authentication Required.

is it something to do with the cofiguration (LiveSupport.exe.config)
