Modal Window over AJAXUploader control

I am placing a modal window on the screen, using the modal popup extender in the AJAX Control Toolkit. The window works find, but if the user clicks an area in the modal panel that just happens to be on top of the AJAXUploader upload button (an ImageButton control that triggers the upload file selection), the ImageButton clicks, and I get the file upload/selection dialog.

This is basically the same problem I'm having with the z-index of the floating div being too high.

Please inform me of the solution as well.

We will provide a solution to adjust the z-index of the uploader floating button.
