Request timed out errors

When uploading a 15MB file with AjaxUploader Version 1.0.0.0, I'm getting the following error in the IIS application event viewer in addition to a client-side error:

Exception information:

Exception type: HttpException

Exception message: Request timed out.

I currently have the web.config httpRuntime executionTimeout setting set to 90... i'm guessing that the only way around this problem is to increase that time?

Yes.

Another option is upgrading to version 2.0 then try again.

Is there something different with 2.0 under the hood that would make this error less likely?

Hi,

Have you fixed your issue?

Uploader 2.0 have improve the file data streaming and then can avoid the server timeout setting.
