Trouble with chatting to another users

I'm having a problem with chatting to single individual when I right click on their name I have captured the problem included the message in the clip below.

We cannot reproduce this issue in our demo. Can you tell me which version you are using?

Do you often get this error?

If you are using version 5.0, can you download the software again?
