Hide images on "Insert Image" Folder

Regarding the "Insert Image" functionality, there is common folder for using uploading image. How to hide the images uploaded by other users? user can view his uploaded images only... Is any settings for it?

thanks for ur reply.

My requirement is, when a user upload a image to the folder, no one else should see this image. Each user is in a "Member" role.
